A single fee, and a discount when siblings are treated

One fee, with no hidden fees or add-ons, and ways to save:

• Diagnostic records, appliances, retainers and follow-up appointments are all in the fee.

An office made for parents and kids

Grab a cold or hot drink and relax with Wi-Fi or TV in the reception room. Look at the walls, too: Dr. Petrover’s wife, Jill, is an artist, and she painted the artwork for our Wellington office. When it’s your child’s turn, we use an iTero scanner instead of impression putty. We often treat multiple members of one family at once, and parents are welcome to join the conversation.

If a bracket breaks or an aligner goes missing

Call the office first (we’re open Monday to Thursday), and we’ll help the same day whenever possible. Lost or damaged aligner? Call before switching trays. For facial trauma, swelling, uncontrolled bleeding or severe pain, go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care first, then call us. More on a broken bracket or a lost aligner.

What treatment costs, and how payments work

There’s no single number to quote here: the cost of braces varies with the type, complexity and duration of treatment. You’ll leave the consultation with one clear, all-inclusive price, set once Dr. Petrover and our treatment coordinator have your child’s plan. From there, in-house financing can spread that fee into low, predictable monthly payments, and auto-pay is available.

Insurance, HSA and FSA

We verify your child’s orthodontic benefits before treatment starts, file all claims on your behalf and follow up on them. We work with most PPO plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Assurant, Guardian, MetLife, Humana, Delta Dental and Solstice. We’re HSA and FSA friendly too, so you can use pre-tax dollars for braces or Invisalign. Weighing braces against aligners? The AAO notes that dental plans with orthodontic coverage usually cover braces and clear aligners equally, though each plan is different, so it’s worth checking yours.
